FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to join us in black tie attire. Tuxedos and formal evening gowns are encouraged to complement the elegance of our celebration. Please note that our ceremony will take place on the front lawn, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for walking on grass. Wedges, block heels, or heel protectors may be helpful.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will allow enough time to take advantage of the complimentary valet service and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by August 14, 2027. We kindly ask that all responses be received by this date so we can finalize our seating arrangements and share our final guest count with the venue. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate out-of-town family. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us!

Question

Where are we registered?

Answer

We’re registered at Amazon and Williams Sonoma, and we also have a Honeymoon Fund for those who would like to help us celebrate our next adventure together. We’re so grateful for your love and generosity! Links to registry can be found under the “registry” tab above

Question

What weather should I expect?

Answer

October is one of the most beautiful times of year in North Carolina! Expect mild temperatures, crisp mornings, and comfortable evenings. Daytime highs are typically in the upper 60s to mid-70s, while evenings can cool into the 50s, so we recommend bringing a light shaw or wrap for outdoor portions of the celebration.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. If you have been allotted a plus one, it will be listed with your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our day so special.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Our bar will feature a curated selection of beer, wine, and three signature cocktails for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To help us create an intimate and distraction-free ceremony, we kindly request that our ceremony be unplugged. Please silence and put away all phones, cameras, and other devices until after we've said "I do." Our photographer will be there to capture every moment, and we promise to share those memories with you. Once the ceremony is over, we encourage you to take photos and celebrate with us!

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner is an invitation-only event for our wedding party, immediate family, and out-of-town guests. We appreciate your understanding.
