What is the dress code?

We ask that you celebrate in style with us in All Black Attire Only - Black Tie Required For the ladies: All‑black, formal, floor‑length dresses, jumpsuit or suits. For the gentlemen: All‑black, formal suits or tuxedos with dress shoes. Neutral or white undershirts are permitted.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception will be mix of indoor & outdoor spaces.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Is there parking?

Yes, Woods & Co has their own parking.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided. Please check the Schedule tab for details on bus departure times to and from the hotel.

Can cars stay overnight?
Answer
Yes, cars left in the venue parking lot need to be picked up by noon the next day. NO CAMPING OR OVERNIGHT STAYS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED OTHER THAN IN THE CABINS (IF RENTED).

Only those formally invited on the wedding invitation can be accommodated. We're so excited to celebrate this special day surround by our closest family and friends.

Unfortunately, our venue doesn't allow outside alcohol. But no worries the drinks are on the bride & groom! Cheers!!

Does Woods & Co allow smoking?
Answer
A message direct from Woods and Co: Yes, there are two specific designated smoking areas. These spaces are the only areas where smoking is allowed, which is by the handicap parking and on the north side of the building. Under no circumstances will smoking be allowed in any area other than these spaces. No smoking is allowed on the patio (outdoor social area). All butts must be disposed of properly in the designated receptacles. We are a smoke-free and drug-free facility. If the Client or Client’s guests are found to be engaging in illegal activity such as smoking marijuana on the premises, we reserve the right to call the authorities. (Cameron & Magan will get fined on top of it-Please be respectful)
