Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 21st, 2025 so that we can pass that information along to our venue. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code that was included with your invitation or by using the RSVP tab above. If you have any issues RSVPing please reach out to Madysen or Cameron.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 21st, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (Unfortunately, this will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We completely understand and will definitely miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on the RSVP section so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but you find that you will not make it, please notify Madysen as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget and space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation (listed on the envelope). Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of children of family and those in our wedding party. If your little one is invited, they will be included on the invitation and it will be addressed to "The (Your Last Name) Family)". We encourage those whose children are not able to attend to use this as a romantic getaway for you and your partner, maybe an anniversary trip or something!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5 PM. We kindly ask that you be in your seat no later than 15 minutes prior to 5 PM. We recommend planning to get to the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of time to find parking and a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we don't have a specific dress code, we would love to see you all get dressed up for our big day! All that we ask is that you please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, and of course white. Some recommendations would be midi or floor length dresses for the ladies and slacks and button down shirts for the gentlemen.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please refrain from using your phones/cameras during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! That being said, please plan accordingly to ensure you make it to where you are staying safely.

Question

What food will be offered?

Answer

*This information will be available once we confirm our choices with our venue, stay tuned!*

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue.
