Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly request your RSVP no later than July 31st. Please note, we cannot accept RSVP’s via email, mail or text. RSVP's should be filled via the website. If we have not received your RSVP by the deadline, the website will automatically mark it as declined. We hope you can make it, but understand that circumstances are different for all. If any problems arise or if help is needed with the RSVP website/link, please notify us. Thank you so much for understanding.

How do I know if i’m invited to the reception?

Answer

When you RSVP, it will show the event(s) you’re invited to, If you’re ever unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to double check, thank you so much for showing up for us overall!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Please arrive no later than 2:40pm. Guests who arrive after the start time will be held outside until a pause in the ceremony. Please note, there will be private parking available at both indoor events.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those formally invited and while we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only, apart from a few children in our immediate family. Thank you so much for respecting our wishes.

What is the dress code and wedding colors?

Answer

To match the tone of our special day, we invite our guests to dress in Formal Attire. We’re keeping the formality—but not requiring the black ties. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing the colors white, champagne & the wedding colors Green & Blue. Also no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.

Will there be alcohol served at the reception?

Answer

We’re keeping things sweet and sober for our special day— We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available. Thank you for supporting our wishes.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely!! Yet, we do strongly ask that you do not by any means block the aisle at any point in time as to allow the professionals to capture the day as easily as possible, thank you.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Post away! We’re all for the memories, the candids, and the cute photo dumps. Our wedding hashtag is “#HeadoverHillsinlove”
