We had gone to school together for years, but our story started at the Sophomore Homecoming dance. We went together, having never really talked much before, and from that night forward there was an undeniable connection. Come that spring, we were finding any excuse to hang out without being ~obvious~ including any basketball game, late-night Waffle House runs, and friend group hangouts. Finally, after weeks of Cameron asking, we went on a date and the rest is history. As two 16-year-olds, we never realized how important March 15th, 2019 would be: the day we officially started dating. From there, we spent every second we could together playing tennis, swimming in the summertime, or watching any and every movie that sounded good. We made it through some long distance, going to college together, and becoming adults while growing in our love. We got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2024, and now we couldn’t be more excited to take this next journey together.❤️
