When should I RSVP by?

No later than July 15th (but of course, the sooner the better!)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Shuttles will depart from both hotels at 3:00pm. There is parking available onsite if you plan to drive yourself. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. Due to the venue layout, any late arrivals will have to wait until after the ceremony concludes to gain entry. This is in order to avoid disruptions, so please don't be late!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Shuttle service has been arranged to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn & the Homewood Suites at 3:00pm. At the end of the night, there will be two returning shuttles. The first return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00pm. The final return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:45pm. They will drop off guests at both hotels. Everyone must be off the venue property by 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking! As noted above, please arrive by 3:30pm. A shuttle will also run from the hotels to the venue, and take guests back at the end of the night. If you've had too much to drink, feel free to leave your car and take the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night. Cars left overnight must be picked up by 10:00am Sunday morning. Ride share services are also available in the area.
