What do you mean by "western cocktail" attire?

Answer

Basically, we're thinking cocktail attire, but with a touch of country-western flare. Prairie-inspired dresses, bolo ties, and your favorite pair of boots welcome. Let the Texas wildflowers inspire your color choices! We’ve created the collage above for general reference (try zooming in if it’s hard to see). The guys pictured in the top-left corner are our reception band, Sour Bridges, and the original inspiration behind our dress code! If what you see isn’t your cup of tea, please feel free to wear whatever semi-formal attire you feel most comfortable in. Most importantly: dress to DANCE!

Will you be providing guest transportation?

Answer

We will be providing a guest shuttle from our reception to our after party, but didn't have quite enough room in our budget to provide transportation accommodations throughout our wedding weekend. That said, there is an abundance of Uber and Lyft availability in the Austin area (and many of our guests will be arriving with cars) so we hope you won't have trouble finding a ride if you need one. On that note: if you need a ride, are willing to give rides, or are willing to be a designated driver either night of our wedding celebrations (even if you won't have your own car to drive), please let us know as soon as you can using the form linked below. We will help coordinate the rest! Guest Ride Share Form: https://forms.gle/xaWrggeVVs33DvQE6 ***Important Notes*** 1) If you plan to use Uber or Lyft for transportation, we *highly* recommend scheduling your rides in the apps ahead of time (especially nighttime rides) to avoid long wait times and surge pricing. 2) If Uber/Lyft costs are a concern, rest assured - we have a small fund reserved to provide ride vouchers to anyone who might need them. Please do not hesitate to let us know (in the form linked below) if Uber/Lyft costs would prevent you from attending any weekend events (if we couldn’t find you rides with other guests). We would be devastated if anyone missed any part of our celebrations due to transportation barriers!
