Detreich and Michael met on their first day of middle school. Sitting next to each other in the first class of the day. One of them farted, the other farted right back and they've been best friends ever since.

Detreich and Zack met around the same time as he did Michael but didn't really become close friends until one day in high school. That day Detreich had to take his truck to a shop to get worked on but didn't have anything to do in the mean time, so he texted Zack to see if he be willing to come pick him up and hangout even though they hadn't ever hung out before. Zack wasn't busy and came right over to get him, and after spending the afternoon causing chaos throughout downtown Cedar Rapids in Zack's '88 Mustang, they've been close friends ever since.
Colton Valenta

Detreich met Colton back in 2019 when they started working together at Gander Outdoors. Becoming friends almost immediately, building their friendship throughout their time working together. From traveling together to set up new store locations and hanging out in hotels, to doing overnight department resets (which of nobody should've ever let us do together). Also F*** you Tim.
Daniel Lockett

Detreich and Daniel met when Cameron was invited to his wedding a few years ago in South Carolina. He was a little terrified to meet Cameron's big brother, especially with making a 15 hour drive away from home to meet for the first time. But they immediately hit it off (regardless of hour scary and big brother-y he tried to be) having so much in common and sharing the same sense of humor they became close very quickly.
Alicia Sill

Alicia and Cameron met in 5th grade through basketball. Cameron had just moved to Iowa at the beginning of 4th grade and was struggling to find someone to truly connect with. Alicia was super nice to Cameron at basketball practice so Cameron asked her to sit next to her at the Hawkeye basketball game the team was going to. Alicia said yes, and they have been literally inseparable ever since!

Isabel and Cameron met at PetSmart when Isabel started working there to become a groomer! Isabel was new to the area and was looking to make new friends and there Cameron was. ;) The more they got together the more they realized they had more than just grooming in common. Ghost hunting, true crime podcasts, and of course their love of dogs!

Lizz and Cameron actually met through Detreich's best man/best friend Michael! She was going to be in town for work training and Michael suggested she meet Cameron and see if they would hit it off, and they did! With life experiences and certain interests in common they were bound to become great friends!

Alyssa and Cameron actually met the day before Alyssa and Daniel's wedding a few years ago. It took a few days but they both came out of their shell and really got to know each other, finding out that they have quite a bit in common and love being sisters!!!
