Unfortunately, we need a final head count for our catering and security team by [RSVP Date]. If we don't hear from you by then, we will dearly miss you, but we won't be able to include you (or any guests) on the final entry list.
Due to the intimate capacity of our private venue, we have a very strict guest list. If you would like to bring a plus-one who was not named on your invitation, please contact us directly to request an addition. We need to finalize our security and guest list in advance, so we can only accommodate those who are officially added to the list. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our celebration intimate!
We love your little ones and furry friends, but to ensure everyone's safety and a smooth flow of events, this is an Adults-Only (21+) and Pet-Free celebration. We appreciate your understanding!
We want our guests to fully immerse themselves in the magic! However, if you need assistance: For Surprises & Flow: Please find Angel, our Main of Honor. She is the keeper of our schedule and secrets! For Logistics & Heavy Lifting: Please find our Groomsmen. They are here to help with any "heavy lifting" or logistical questions so the rest of us can stay in the fairytale. If you can't find them, just follow the music and the laughter—everything will work out by magic!
In respect of the neighborhood quiet hours, our event will conclude promptly at 9:00 PM.
Due to limited space, lodging at the venue is strictly reserved for pre-arranged guests. For all other guests, we recommend booking a hotel or an Airbnb in the nearby area. We suggest booking early to ensure availability!
Since our wedding is at a private residence, street parking is extremely limited. We strongly recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. This way, you can fully enjoy the magic (and the drinks!) without any parking stress.
Gentlemen 🖤: A classic suit in Black or Dark Grey paired with dress shoes (leather shoes). (No sneakers or casual shoes, please!) Ladies 🤎: An elegant dress or skirt only (no pantsuits, please!) in Earth Tones & Neutrals (such as Chocolate Brown, Tan, Terracotta, Champagne, or Cream). Length Requirement: Below-the-calf or ankle-length only. (Please, no short dresses or short skirts!) 👡 Shoe Recommendation for Ladies: To ensure you can mingle and dance comfortably, we highly recommend wearing sandals or block heels (chunky heels). ⚠️ Friendly Note: Since our lovely bridesmaids will be rocking beautiful Blue dresses, we kindly ask our guests to leave the blue shades for the wedding party. The celebration will be held in both indoor and outdoor lounge areas. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing stiletto or thin-heeled shoes, as they may damage the floors or get stuck in the outdoor areas. Block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are perfect!
During our ceremony, we ask that you put your phones away and be truly present with us. Our professional photographer will capture every magical moment, and we’ll be happy to share those photos with you later!
Absolutely! We want you to take the magic home with you. Please feel free to take your printed photos as a keepsake. If you’d like to print an extra copy and leave it in our guestbook with a note, we would love that too!
To ensure the bride has a quiet space for her "maintenance" and prep, the bedroom area is a restricted zone. Access is strictly limited to members wearing the "Team Bride" wristbands. Thank you for helping us keep the morning stress-free!
On the wedding day, the bride will be fully immersed in the magic (and her "maintenance" sessions!). If you have any urgent questions, please contact our Maid of Honor(Angel) or Bridesmaid(Chloe). They will be handling all communications for the bride.
