Answer

Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we unfortunately are not allowing plus ones due to limited space at the venue! The people stated on your invitation are the ones who are invited.

We love everyone's children but unfortunately unless the child is in the wedding party or stated on your invitation we are not allowing children.

We would love to see all our family and friends dressed up with us! But our wedding dress code is casual wedding attire!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony begins is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, find parking, and settle in before it begins. Please note if you do happen to arrive once the wedding ceremony has already started please be kind to the wedding party, Bride & Groom and wait to find your seat until everyone has walked down the isle

Yes! Both will take place at the CHQ Barn. There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers and drinks immediately following the ceremony! So the Bride, Groom & the families can go take pictures! Then reception to follow!

Yes! We will have a fully stocked bar supplying drinks all throughout cocktail hour and the reception! Drink responsibly and respectfully! Please understand though you are responsible for finding your own ride home!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We would love everyone to be fully present with us as we say our I do's. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the wonderful moment! After the ceremony take as many pictures and videos as you please and post them to the QR code that will be located on your assigned tables!

Answer

The Ceremony will take place outside, if it does happen to rain the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception is inside. Please note the ceremony is in the grass, so I would recommend no pointed heels for the women!
