Guests are welcome to start arriving at 4:15 PM with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive and be seated by 4:50 PM and please do not enter the ceremony once it has begun. If you are late, the ceremony should be finished by 5:30 PM and you are more than welcome to still join the reception!
The dress code is semi-formal. Some examples might be dress pants and a dress shirt, a summery dress, or skirt/top combo. Please be mindful that the temperature may be warm during the day, but will drop at nighttime to potentially around 60 degrees. Especially with the low humidity in Colorado, it can be easy to get chilly quickly. Also, the venue has turf so be mindful of particularly pointy heels. For those who may be wondering, the wedding party will be wearing shades of green, but it’s not necessary to avoid wearing green as it is a great color :)
Yes! The children specifically included in your RSVP are welcome at the event. There will not be any activities tailored to kids, but they are welcome to celebrate with us!
Mountain Crust Event Venue is very accommodating to allergies, intolerances, and preferences. They can provide gluten free crusts (they have done Celiac-friendly weddings) and have a cashew-based cheese available. We will separately be bringing a dairy-free, nut-free cheese for those who cannot eat both. Please be specific in your RSVP as to your needs and we will accommodate them. Also, please remind the staff of your allergy/intolerance/preference the day of and they will be sure to make sure you get what you need.
There will be appetizers (vegetarian and not), salad, and desserts in addition to pizza. If you do not like any of these things, please contact us or make a note in the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us at least a week before the wedding date so that we have adequate time to find a good alternative.
Please only bring someone listed on your RSVP (if you have a plus 1, they will be listed there).
There will be some spots available at the venue. There is additional parking available 900 ft south of the venue at Fort Logan Northgate School (the venue has an agreement to be able to park in the school’s lot). DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. We want to remain respectful to those who live around the venue.
The reception is scheduled to end shortly after 9:00 PM. We also understand that many will have to be at work early the next morning so there will be no hurt feelings if anyone needs to leave early. Please do what is best for you!
There will be an open bar so the only money needed would be for any optional tip for the bartenders. Many take Venmo these days anyway. Please also make the best choice for yourself to make sure that you and everyone around you get home safe that evening.
Please do not take photos during the ceremony. We are extremely excited to have Leah Goetzel photograph our ceremony and would like to avoid the rogue phone popping up in any photos. We will be getting a full gallery back after the wedding so just ask one of us if you’d like access to those photos. After the ceremony, feel free to take any photos you’d like!!
Please do not feel obligated to purchase a gift. We are extremely grateful for everyone who will be celebrating remotely and in-person with us. If you would like to purchase a gift, please see the registry page on this website.
