I highly recommend if coming from Denver that you take the route that goes over Monarch Pass unless you are familiar with driving through the mountains. To get to Monarch Pass you drive south to Salida and then cut across. While Cottonwood Pass is beautiful- it is extremely steep and not for the faint of heart!

Shuttle

The Mountain Express is a free shuttle service that goes from the main town of Crested Butte to the ski resort as well as to Gunnison. The closest stop to the venue is a 1/2 mile walk. First Tracks is a on demand shuttle service around Crested Butte to direct location. It is free until 10 PM and then is $15-20 per person. There is limited availability, so try and book as a group!
