Please RSVP and send your acceptance or regrets no later than February 22, 2025. This is to give us enough time to finalize numbers and quantities with our vendors before the big day. If we have not received your RSVP by this time, we will accept your regrets on your behalf. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! There is a large gravel parking lot attached to the venue which should accommodate everyone’s vehicles but we recommend carpooling if possible. There is a handicap parking spot that is ground level with the venue if needed. We do request that no one park in that spot as it may be needed by others, it will be used as a drop off location.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, we encourage our guests to arrive 45-30 minutes prior to be seated and grab a beverage.
We encourage our guests to come in cocktail attire. Who doesn't love an excuse to get dressed up! The cocktail hour will take place on a covered patio where there will be multiple space heaters but please dress accordingly as Oregon in the spring can be chilly!
Due to venue capacity, we are unfortunately limited in the number of people that we can have in the venue space. If we have accounted for your plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation as well as your RSVP.

There will be a buffet style dinner served following the ceremony at 5pm.

Yes! There will be an open bar, so please plan your transportation to and from the venue accordingly. We want everyone to have fun, but safety comes first! There are Ubers and Lyfts available in the area.
