Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at three hotels close to the venue for your convenience. Details can be found on the “Travel/Places to Stay” tab.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from both Westin Hotel and Renaissance Hotel on Saturday evening for the ceremony and reception. The shuttle will depart from the Westin at 5:25 pm and from the Renaissance at 5:45 pm. At the end of the evening, shuttles will be making continuous return loops back to those hotels.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, for both the welcome reception and the wedding itself. The welcome reception will be casual cocktail attire. Women can wear a comfortable summer dress, romper, skirt, or pant set of their choosing. Men can choose to wear a blazer/light sport jacket, but simply a dress shirt or polo shirt works as well. No jeans or leggings, please. The wedding will be black tie optional. Women can wear floor length gowns if they choose; however, midi and knee length formal dresses work as well. Men can wear tuxes if they choose, but it is not required.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, due to limited space and to ensure an intimate atmosphere, we have decided to extend invitations to children of immediate family members only. We hope you can still join us for this special day and look forward to celebrating with you.
