It all started our sophomore year of college. We had a class together, but like so many college classes, we never actually spoke to each other. One day, class was unexpectedly canceled. As I walked back to the parking lot, I noticed a familiar face heading toward the building. I let him know class was canceled — and from that simple moment, everything changed. He instantly wanted to know everything about me. After we each got into our cars, I noticed he was driving right behind me the whole way home. It turns out we lived in the same apartment complex! He usually took a different entrance but decided to follow me into mine just to see where I lived (a little creepy, but in a sweet way). From that day on, we were inseparable. Looking back, it’s moments like these that make us believe we were truly meant to find each other
