When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have cleared all RSVPS, so even if you had previously submitted one, please submit an updated response by August 1, 2020.

How has COVID-19 affected the wedding?

Answer

Same time, same place, new date! We are ready for you September 11, 2020.

How is The Bell Tower on 34th operating during COVID-19?

Answer

•The venue is operating at a 50% of the facility's total listed occupancy. •Additional seats will be available during the ceremony in order to leave extra space if preferred. •All employees are screened upon arrival and wear a mask. •All floors and event spaces are re-cleaned nightly after events and deep cleaned weekly. •Chemical sanitation of all dishware and stemware in accordance with City of Houston Health Department Guidelines. •No more than 10 guests will be seated per table.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and seated accordingly. Ceremony start time is 6:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet provided by The Bell Tower on 34th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Lancaster Hotel and Sheraton Brookhollow normally have transportation to and from the venue, but are currently not offering this due to COVID-19. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but highly recommend using Uber if needed.

Where can I find The Bell Tower on 34th's health and safety guidelines?

Answer

We are more confident than ever that we made the right choice by hosting our wedding at The Bell Tower on 34th. They are going above and beyond to make sure they are following the Governor's Executive Order, Texas Department of State Health Services, and City of Houston Health Department regulations.
