FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code? - YES!

Answer

Our dress code is GARDEN STYLE BLACK TIE— elegant and elevated, with the vibrant charm of an Italian summer celebration. We kindly ask guests to wear floor-length dresses and suits with ties. Please avoid wearing white. Think Italian elegance meets summer garden — festive, romantic, and dressed to celebrate. Any questions please feel free to text me!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in a sacred church setting, and we kindly ask that all guests be mindful and respectful with photography. We’ve invited professional photographers to capture the moment, so we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the service, especially with flash or sound. We’re asking for an unplugged ceremony, so please silence and put away your phones during that time. Afterward, snap and share away — we’d love to see your photos! Thank you for helping us preserve the reverence and intimacy of this special part of the day.

Question

My hotel check-in time is after the ceremony? What should I do with my luggage and when should I arrive?

Answer

We understand that check-in times vary and may be after our ceremony begins! Most hotels offer luggage storage, so you can safely leave your bags at the front desk before heading to the wedding ceremony. There will be a window of time between the ceremony and reception, which many guests find perfect for checking into their hotel and freshening up before the evening festivities begin. If you have any concerns, please reach out to the hotel directly.

Question

When should I leave for the ceremony, and how far is the hotel from the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel is approximately 35 minutes away from the church by car. To ensure you arrive on time and have a moment to get settled, we recommend leaving the hotel at least 40 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled in. The ceremony will start promptly and you won’t want to miss it! Please keep in mind LONG ISLAND TRAFFIC on a Friday.

Question

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

As much as we’d love to include everyone, our wedding guest list is limited to those personally named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so grateful to celebrate this day with you. As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy a well-deserved night out with us!

Question

Is parking available at the church and wedding reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the church in the designated lot in front and next to the building. Valet parking will be provided at the reception venue for all guests upon arrival.
