Yes, there are several stairs leading down to the ceremony and reception area by the lake. Comfortable shoes are recommended. If you have mobility concerns, please reach out so we can help plan ahead.
Please carpool, as parking is limited. Follow signage when you arrive, and please park strategically to make room for other guests. Be careful not to block anyone in.

Yes! Lake swims are encouraged. Bring a towel if you think you’ll jump in.
Dinner will be served inside, along with beer and wine throughout the property in coolers. You’re welcome to BYOB if you have a favorite drink.

Let's all reserve the wedding ceremony seating for the elderly. Thank you! There will be a mix of seating and standing areas throughout the event.
August evenings can cool off by the lake, so we recommend bringing a light layer. During the day be prepared for little shade and bring a cover up, sunscreen and sunglasses.
There are two houses on the property, each with their own bathrooms. On the main floor of the main house is the easiest access bathroom besides while the bride is getting ready in there. Alternatively, use the bathroom upstairs on the top floor (watch your head).
Swimming is highly encouraged, so please come prepared. The venue also serves as the accommodations for guests staying overnight at the lake, so please bring your own towels and any other essentials you may need.
