When do I need to RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to start promptly at 6pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones were sent out with the invitations. Please contact Camden or Mikayla if there is an issue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Rooms at a nearby Holiday Inn have been blocked for guests. Please use the wedding specific portal to book a room. If you are a larger family there are family rooms available at the hotel, or an AirBnB may be a better option.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please designate any food allergies in your RSVP for you and your designated guest (s). If there are issues then please contact Camden or Mikayla.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Paradise Cove available to guests between 6pm to 11pm. There is also available paid parking at the hotel where guests can then walk to Paradise Cove.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available from the Holiday Inn at the beginning and at the end of the night. More details will be shared closer to the date of. If there are any concerns, please contact either Camden or Mikayla.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The weekend is going to filled with various activities from all of the family and friends coming in. This may include chilling at the pool bar on Friday and going to a Disney park on Saturday.

What is the attire?

Answer

This event is "casual cocktail". Please note that the ceremony is outside and in the sun. Sunscreen and sun hats are encouraged.

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both occurring at Paradise Cove.
