Camden and Lauren were introduced on a blind date through Lauren's roommate and Camden's college friend. The date took place at Axelrad Beergarden, Houston where they danced Cumbia together. Laughter, dances, stories of their faith in Jesus, and eventually, phone numbers were exchanged. In addition to showing off his dance moves, Camden made sure to display his strength by doing pull-ups. Lauren was impressed. Not long after, Camden and Lauren officially started dating.
