When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To allow our vendors ample time to prepare, please RSVP by no later than May 1st 2025. RSVPs will not be accepted past this date

Are you registered anywhere?
Answer
Yes! We are registered through Zola (see registry tab) and at William's Sonoma (https://www.potterybarn.com/registry/sdhcdqz9xp/registry-list.html)

When should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. We ask that guest arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. For our guests utilizing our hotel block, there will be a shuttle service to and from the venue for your convenience. The shuttle schedule will be provided upon check in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available at the venue, and there are overflow parking options nearby. Signage will be posted for parking day of.

Am I allowed to leave my car overnight?
Answer
Cars can be parked at the venue until 10am on June 8th 2025. Cars left in the parking lot after this time may be subject to tow

Yes, we have booked a block at Springhill Suites hotel (see the travel tab)

I'm sick, can I still attend?
Answer
Due to the bride's chronic health condition, we kindly ask that you stay home if you are not feeling well no matter how last minute it may be. We appreciate your thoughtfulness so that we can attend our honeymoon feeling our best!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
To allow our guest, including other parents, a night of relaxation, and venue restrictions we have limited the guest list to include attendants over the age of 10. We appreciate your understanding.

Are there separate venues for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our event is black tie optional. Our venue is inside so don't worry about being too hot or cold! Please avoid wearing any white or casual clothing! See for dress code: https://tinyurl.com/bdfd2d6p

Is it ok to take pictures with my phone during the ceramony?
Answer
We have opted for an unplugged ceremony, and we ask that you keep your phones put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special moment, and we will make sure to share plenty of photos from the ceremony after the event. Please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception!
