FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We're happy to accept RSVPs until November 1st! Following that date, our guest count will be given to the venue and we will be unable to change it.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 3:00 pm to get settled and find a seat. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress nicely while still feeling comfortable. Semi-formal attire is perfect—think cocktail dresses or polished jumpsuits for women. Men are encouraged to wear dress pants with a dress shirt; ties are optional. Dress shoes are recommended. Please skip very casual items like jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited guest counts, we are only able to accomodate those listed directly on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and on Zola! The Amazon registery can be found by searching: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/Bashaw

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The menu will consist of one gluten/dairy free entree. Each food item will be labeled with allergens at the buffet. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction beyond gluten or dairy, kindly reach out to the bride at 269-262-2823 to discuss it further, thanks!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail hour will start directly after the ceremony at 4 pm. During the dinner hour, the bar will close and will reopen at the conclusion of dinner so make sure to grab a drink before sitting down! The bar will be open for a total of three hours and will switch to a cash bar following that! Please drink responsibly.
