Where can I park?
Answer
Our venue, Graduate by Hilton East Lansing, offers valet parking for $35/car. This service includes overnight valeted parking with unlimited exits and re-entries. Aside from our venues valet parking, parking garages can be found nearby along Grand River Avenue.

Is there a ceremony?
Answer
We're having a private ceremony with just our closest family and friends, but we're so grateful for your love and support. We understand if you're curious about our decision, but we appreciate your understanding as we've chosen a more intimate setting for our ceremony. We would love for you all to be part of the celebration at our reception to follow.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes there is! Both a Standard King room, and a Standard Double Queen room are priced at $159 plus taxes, equaling $179.67 through our room block. To book rooms at this price, please reference the phone number to call and book, mentioning the Hawes-Camburn Wedding block, or using the custom URL located on the “Travel” tab of this website.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire is kindly encouraged, dress to impress, and celebrate! Examples: Men: Suits or blazers with dress pants. Women: Cocktail dresses (midi, knee-length, or shorter), jumpsuits, or stylish separates.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Once invites are sent out, [lease respond to your RSVP by ____ using the “RSVP” tab on this website, which will become available later. When you respond, you will also select your dinner choice!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! There will be an open bar, so beverages are on us, hangovers are on you!

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please select “Will NOT attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Attending” but can no longer make it, please notify Hunter or Meghan as soon as you are aware.

What if I do not RSVP on time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by *insert date*, you will be marked as “NOT attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s.

When should I arrive?

Our cocktail hour will begin at *insert time*, followed by our reception beginning promptly at *insert* time. So please be be ready to party by *insert time*!

Is it okay to do an Irish goodbye?
Answer
Please don't feel obligated to pull us off the dance floor for a formal farewell! Your presence means the world to us, and we want you to leave whenever you're ready. A quick wave from across the room or a text the next day is more than enough. We're just happy you came!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Your little ones are absolutely welcome! Your invite will indicate the number of spaces we have reserved for you, which will include your kiddos! If your children are not coming, please RSVP for the the correct number of attendees.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! Hunter and Meghan plan to continue the party at a bar down the street when the reception concludes! The location is TBD, so make sure to check your program on wedding day for the details of where to keep the party going!
