Friday August 15th: 6:15 pm - Shuttle buses will begin shuttling guests from Hotel Indigo to Delamar. 10:00 pm - Shuttle buses will begin shuttling guests from Delamar to Hotel Indigo. Saturday August 16th: 3:35 pm - Shuttle bus will leave from Bayshore Resort. 3:45 pm - Shuttle bus will leave from Delamar. 3:45 pm - Shuttle buses will begin leaving from Hotel Indigo. 9:30 pm - Shuttle buses will begin looping between Noverr Farms and the three hotels. 11:00 pm - Last shuttle buses will leave Noverr Farms. Some of the shuttle buses will be dropping guests off at Kilkenny's in downtown Traverse City for an unofficial after party.
Summer formal, colors encouraged! Women: Long or midi dresses. We recommend block heels as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass. Men: Suit and tie!
Yes! Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the welcome dinner on Friday and our wedding on Saturday and will be stopping at Hotel Indigo, The Delamar, and Bayshore Resort. A shuttle bus schedule will be posted here the week of the wedding. Parking is available at both The Delamar and Noverr Farms if you choose to drive. You are welcome to leave your car at Noverr Farms overnight until 11 am on Sunday.
