Eloped 10.10.2020

After cancelling our wedding in April 2020, we eventually got tired of waiting for a good time to bring our families together across the country for a wedding. On October 10, 2020 (the 6-year anniversary of our first date!), we eloped at the Point (Promontory Point Park) in Hyde Park, Chicago. It was a beautiful morning in our old college stomping grounds. We were lucky enough to have our good friend Jake Kaufman officiate our small ceremony with a small group of Chicago friends in attendance. Now that the COVID-19 vaccine is widely available, we look forward to planning a big party (our re-nup as we like to call it) to celebrate in person with everyone! We'll share updates as we figure out what our crazy life looks like for the last year of Kevin's Ph.D. program and once we determine where we're moving next!
