Are children allowed?
Answer
As much as we love your children, we are limited on space and ask that our ceremony and reception remain adults only!
Question
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the Great Oak Tree and the reception will be held at Cork Fire Kitchen, they are about 10-15 minutes apart!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi formal / casual. We would love to see your best summer dresses, flannels and cowboy boots! Dress up as much as you’d like!

Is there an RSVP deadline?
Answer
Yes, we kindly ask that you RSVP at the latest by Saturday May 24th!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Transportation will be provided if needed!However we strongly encourage you to carpool to the ceremony as parking is limited. There will be plenty of parking for the reception!

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be at 5pm, and we ask that all guests arrive 20-30 minutes prior.

What time will everything end?
Answer
The ceremony will end around 6pm. We will have time afterwards for pictures under the tree before the reception. Dinner will end around 8:00. Please feel free to stay longer after dinner!

Do you have a registry? Are any gifts acceptable?
Answer
We have a registry through Zola, you can find it under the registry tab on this website. We will happily accept gifts of all forms, however they are not expected!

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Wine and champagne will be provided, however all other alcoholic drinks will be at your own expense.

We will be having a buffet style dinner with plenty of options!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formerly invited on RSVP.

Will there be assigned seating?
Answer
There will not be assigned seating at the ceremony or reception.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
Decline attendance on the RSVP form or contact us immediately if you have already agreed to be there.
