We met the old fashioned way... online dating! After a week of messaging, we decided to go on a date at Keys Lounge in Portland. Emily walked up in the cutest black and white polka-dot dress with a jean jacket, so confident and beautiful! Cambria wore a simple stripped sweater and (super cool!!) green cargo pants. Cambria waited outside for Emily to arrive to ensure we would walk into the bar together side-by-side -- a foretelling sign of how we'll spend the rest of our lives. It was a weekday work-night, which meant we both thought the date would only last an hour. Boy, were we wrong! We talked for several hours over dinner and drinks -- skipped the small talk and dove straight into life philosophies, career goals, religion, family, and what matters most to us in relationships. There was instant chemistry! And even a high-five at one point. That's when we both knew this could be something special. 💖
