The Hideaway Hull Bay
Please note that reservations cannot be made directly through the resort’s website, as this special rate is discounted and tied directly to our wedding weekend. The link below will take you to a "room selection." Please request only the number of rooms needed for your party, as listed on the RSVP. There is a limit of 2 guests per room. K & C have already arranged room assignments. If you are in a Villa or Cottage with more than one bedroom, you will be notified. If you have not been notified, you are assigned to a private cottage. Check-in is tentatively 4:00 pm. Check Out is 10:00 am. The Hideaway can hold luggage on site until the rooms are ready. You will receive Check-In instructions at 3 pm the day before arrival. The Hideaway is a private estate with no reception desk. A small on-site team is available if needed. If you have further questions about Check-In or Check-Out, please reach out to K & C. There is current availability to stay at the Hideaway before or after the event. If you are interested in this opportunity, please alert K & C so they can coordinate with the Hideaway for seamless check-in and check-out. The Hideaway is a gated property on the beachfront of Hull Bay in St. Thomas. The estate has been fully booked by the wedding party, meaning it is ours and ours only to enjoy. Please plan to arrive at Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas. No passport needed — the U.S. Virgin Islands are a territory of the U.S., so a valid government-issued ID is all you’ll need to travel! I reached out to a few airlines and group rates do not decrease the individual cost but rather ensure that everyone is on the same flight. Therefore, I am leaving it to all of you to book your flight individually. Here are some options close to us that offer flights to STT! Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) Raleigh Durham International (RDU) Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport (ROA) Washington-Dulles International (IAD) Per multiple flight agencies the BEST time to book is July-September for lowest prices. Keith and I were able to fly for $300 round trip in March which is peak time for travel, keep this in mind when booking. It may also be worthwhile to book two one-way tickets to make the overall price cheaper. Please allow ample time to arrive on the islands. The airport is small and crowded as most flights arrive and depart at the same time. We are coordinating GROUP TRANSPORTATION from the airport to the villas on Friday, October 23. As soon as you book your flights, PLEASE text us and let us know your arrival time so that we may coordinate with our driver.

Transportation
K & C are arranging group transportation for all from the airport to the Hideaway on Friday & from the Hideaway to the Airport on Sunday due to the limited parking and difficult roadways in St Thomas. Taxis are readily available throughout St. Thomas and operate on a per-person, cash basis. Please note that ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are not available on the island. Rental vehicles are limited on St. Thomas. Both on-site airport rentals and off-site rental companies are available. We recommend that guests who plan to rent a vehicle choose a 4x4 or a vehicle with higher clearance, as many of the island’s roads can be rough with frequent potholes. Additionally, some roadways are steep and narrow. Please note that driving in St. Thomas is on the left side of the road, so be sure to select a designated driver who is comfortable navigating these conditions. If you choose to rent a vehicle, we recommend using off-site services such as 360 Car Rental, Paradise Car Rental, or Discount Car Rentals. We strongly advise against reserving a vehicle directly from the airport. These off-site services will bring the car to the airport for you or meet you at the estate. Please note there is limited private parking on site at the estate. Please make K & C aware if you do plan to rent a car so that we may arrange parking.
