When should I RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 2/6/2023 if you wish to attend the wedding. Due to limited seating, NO guest will be allowed in who did not RSVP. *Please RSVP ASAP*

Outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is going to be outside on the terrace, weather permitting. Please dress prepared for the temperature that day, and keeping in mind that we will be up on the 8th floor. The reception will be inside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:00pm - 2:45pm. The wedding will begin at 3pm.

Venue & Parking

Answer

The City View/ Terrace View by the James is located downtown Lynchburg in the Bank of the James building (tallest building downtown). There is free parking at the venue in the parking garage. Feel free to park on any level.

We love that many want to share in our special day! Unfortunately seating is very limited, so we’re unable to accommodate additional guest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly love children, but aren’t able to accommodate. Please make childcare arrangements for the wedding/reception.
