To allow for a private and uninterrupted ceremony, the street leading to King Mansion will be closed to all traffic from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM on the day of our wedding. Because of this temporary closure, we kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive no later than 3:45 PM. This will allow everyone enough time to park, find their seats, and get settled before the ceremony begins. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, you may not be able to access the venue until the road reopens at 4:30 PM.
Our celebration will follow a formal dress code, with an optional black‑tie element for guests who wish to dress in a more elevated style.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the front lawn. Please note that guests will be walking and standing on grass, so you may want to be mindful when choosing footwear (for example, pointed heels may sink into the lawn). Cocktail hour will take place throughout the venue, and guests are welcome to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our reception will be held indoors.
We will be providing shuttle transportation for guests from the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg–Hershey to and from our venue, King Mansion. Shuttles will begin running from the hotel at 3:00 PM, with the last shuttle for the ceremony departing at approximately 3:30 PM to ensure guests arrive on time. Additional shuttles will run throughout the evening to bring guests back to the hotel after the reception.
Parking at King Mansion is limited. A small number of spaces are available on-site at the venue. Additional parking is available on nearby streets; however, street parking is not guaranteed. If you plan to drive, we recommend arriving early to allow extra time to find parking. For convenience, we encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service from the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg–Hershey whenever possible.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (18+). Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we kindly ask that only those guests specifically listed on your RSVP be in attendance. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes! We will be hosting an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception so guests can enjoy a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails throughout the evening. Please celebrate responsibly and consider using the provided shuttle service or arranging a safe ride home if needed.
