Liberian traditional wedding, a vibrant and culturally rich ceremony. This celebration will include the symbolic kola nut ceremony, where the groom’s family presents gifts to the bride’s family as a gesture of unity and acceptance. The bride’s family will also present a dowry, and the ceremony will feature traditional singing, dancing, and the formal handing over of the bride by her uncles, honoring Liberian customs and heritage.

When Cam proposed to Tozoe nearly four years ago, she shared her goal of completing her PhD before getting married. With his unwavering support, she applied to schools, was accepted, and successfully completed her doctoral journey. Tozoe will officially receive her PhD in May 2026, and as part of the wedding weekend, she looks forward to celebrating this special achievement with all of you!
