Question

Will there be shuttles to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, Monique and Cam have arranged shuttles to transport guests to and from OceanCliff Hotel on Sunday. The shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 4:15pm and the Howard Johnson at 4:30pm. A separate shuttle will arrive at the Homewood Suites at 4:15pm and The Pell at 4:30pm. Transportation back to hotels will be available at 11:00pm and 1:00am. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking at the OceanCliff Hotel.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside (yes, it is on grass) and the cocktail hour is outside under a tent. The reception will be indoors.

Black tie optional.

What is the weather like in the area?

Newport should be very pleasant in August. While we expect it to be warm, the ceremony is on the water, so there may be a light breeze. Don't forget your sunglasses!

What’s the traffic like in the area?

Answer

Newport downtown is very congested in the summer. Please allot enough time for transportation.
