Our first interaction was whenever Cameron reached out to Maya for her first training shift at Mozart's Coffee Roasters. We worked together here and there but mostly worked opposite shifts. We didn't interact much, but Cameron had heard from the grapevine that Maya might have a crush.. This may or may not have been confirmed by texts received from Maya's phone on New Year's Eve -- turns out her best friends had stolen her phone and sent the texts. (Thanks, guys!) Eight or nine months later from the day we met, we went on our first date. On our first date, we walked down South Congress on "First Thursday", where vendors sell small crafts and art. Much to our surprise, we ran into our boss on the date.. He played it cool in the moment, but he was not happy that his right hand man was dating an employee! (Yikes!) Cam took the heat because there was something different about this girl and our connection. Ever since the first date, Maya and Cameron were inseparable -- just ask their best friends and roommates! They built their relationship binge watching GoT, exploring the Texas Hill Country, finding new taco spots, cooking, and taking on projects like homebrewing..much to the annoyance of Maya's roommates! We've been happy for many years, and we are excited to invite you all into the next chapter our unfinished love story. -C&M
