How do I RSVP for the wedding?

To confirm your attendance at Kelsey & Cameron’s wedding, please book your room through the “RSVP / The Resort” tab on this website with our official destination wedding coordinators, Just Book It Travel. Just a $50-per-person room deposit is required.

Do I have to book with Just Book It Travel?

Answer

Yes. In order to attend the wedding events, you must book your stay through Just Book It Travel. They manage the guest list, room block, transportation, and event logistics—providing group rates, concierge-level support, and easy payment options.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, this is an adults-only resort (18+). Come ready to relax, celebrate, and have an amazing time!

What are the suggested travel dates?

Answer

While the wedding takes place on October 17, 2026, we’d love for you to make a vacation out of it! We recommend staying between Oct 15-19, 2026 to enjoy the resort, attend the wedding, and relax. Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, subject to availability. A 3-night minimum stay is required to attend the wedding.

Book now and finalize later! Changes are penalty-free until May 20, 2026. If in doubt, reserve a longer stay—you can reduce nights later (subject to availability).

Absolutely—and it’s highly recommended! Protect your investment from the unexpected. You can purchase at the time of booking or within 10 days. Independent coverage is also accepted.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Before May 20, 2026 : Only $50 of the deposit is non-refundable—unless you have travel protection. • On/After May 20, 2026 : All payments are non-refundable. Refunds must be requested through your travel insurance provider.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, and restaurants while your room is prepared. Pro tip: Pack swimwear in your carry-on!

How can I schedule my ground transportation from the airport to the resort?

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Double-check that it’s valid for the full duration of your stay. If you don’t have one yet, apply early—expedited processing can take up to 12 weeks.
