How We Met

Oct. 31, 2012

As Cameron was finishing up his bachelors degree in Indiana, PA, he was working at CVS part-time. Drew was a travelling trainer, assigned to pick up a training in Indiana. That night, Drew met Cameron and worked with him showing him the new system. The two of them had instant chemistry from the start! That night, the two of them exchanged info and kept in contact ever since.

Reconnecting

Nov. 16, 2018

After a fears years apart, Cameron and Drew began talking again in the fall of 2018. After some persuasion (or none at all), Drew came down to Maryland to visit Cameron for a weekend in October. The two of them took a trip into Washington, D.C. for a date night. They instantly reconnected that weekend (and subsequent weekends) until they made their relationship official in November 2018.

Moving to Maryland!

April 12, 2019

After only 6 months in reconnecting, Cameron and Drew were ready to take the next step and move in together. Drew quit his job in Pittsburgh and moved to Maryland to be with Cameron. The two of them rented a one-bedroom apartment, which would be their place of residence during the COVID-19 lockdown.

The Proposal?

Aug. 20, 2021

Over the years, Drew and Cameron discussed many engagement options: rings, tattoos, and even eloping! But they hadn’t worked out the fine details. While on vacation with Cameron’s family, he and Drew decided to get tattoos with other members of the family. It was in that moment that the two of them decided it had been long enough. They had the design; all they needed was an artist. The night before their departure, Drew and Cameron went to the tattoo shop and had their love tattooed onto their fingers to symbolize their never-ending love for one another. Cameron chose a treble clef as this was primarily the clef he sang in; whereas Drew chose a bass clef since this was his primary clef to play in. The two clefs represent how the two individuals are great on their own, but make beautiful music when together.

Getting Hitched

Dec. 12, 2024

A new house, a new job, a lot of changes were swirling in Cameron and Drew’s lives. It made the most sense to secure their place in each others’ lives, so they scheduled a morning meeting on Microsoft Teams with the Magistrate and said, “I Do.” No, it wasn’t the most romantic, which is why they want to celebrate their union with you!
