Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To ensure an accurate guest count for our vendors, please kindly RSVP no later than Saturday May 9, 2026!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm so please arrive no earlier than 2:00pm, and no later than 2:30pm. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and time to settle in.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to host everyone, our venue and vendors have strict guest count restrictions. All "plus 1's" will be specifically addressed on your invitation. If you feel we have left someone out, please message Annie for approval.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are happy to have children attend our wedding! We kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding? Can I post photos on social media

Answer

We’re keeping it old-school! Please keep your phones in your pockets during our unplugged ceremony, so we can all be present and enjoy the moment! Our photographer has this covered! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We will have QR codes available for you to upload all your shots from the night! We respectfully ask not to post photos to social media until we are able to post our professional shots.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, to which you will be exposed to the elements (sun, wind, etc.) for approximately 30 minutes. Following the ceremony guests have access to the lower portion of the barn and outside for cocktail/social hour, before moving upstairs for dinner and dancing.

Question

What is the weather expected to be like?

Answer

We wish we could tell you, but the weather is very unpredictable in the PNW! Historically, early July is sunny, but can still get cooler at night.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Dressy Western We’re going for a country-western look that’s stylish but comfortable for summer. Sundresses, boots, nice jeans, polos, and button-downs are all great choices. Ripped jeans, T-shirts, and crop tops are best saved for another day. It may cool down at night, so layers are a good idea!

Question

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable! Our dress code is casual and our theme is rustic/western chic. Our color pallet includes terracotta and emerald, so please dress accordingly. Our only request is that you do not wear white.

Question

Where can I Park for the ceremony?

Answer

There is parking available onsite. Please note, no parking allowed on Jackson HWY.

Question

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We can't say "I do" without some BBQ!

Question

Will there be a full bar?

Answer

No full bar here, but we’ve got the essentials: signature drinks, beer, seltzer, and wine – basically all you need to have a great time!

Question

Should I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
