Where exactly is the venue?
Answer
Our venue is the Rio Nido Roadhouse, (14540 Canyon 2 Road, Rio Nido, Ca, 95471) in the small neighborhood of Rio Nido which is 5 minutes up the road from Guerneville, Ca. There are many AirBnbs in Rio Nido and one lodge that may have rooms available for our wedding weekend.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding and reception will be outdoors with some shade from tree cover at various parts of the afternoon. Please plan appropriate attire.
Question
How can guests get to the venue?
Answer
There is ample parking space at the venue. Unfortunately, we will likely not have a shuttle to bring guests staying in Guerneville to Rio Nido.

Where can guests stay?
Answer
Guerneville has many places to stay offering a range of prices. There are many AirBnbs in the area, which tend to be cheaper per-person, per-night for those traveling with a larger group. There is a lodge (the Rio Nido Lodge) immediately next to our venue. Matt and I haven't stayed at the lodge, so we cannot vouch for it, but it is a mere stone's throw away. It may be a good option for couples traveling together. Matt and I have stayed at the Creekside Inn and the West Sonoma Inn in Guerneville and we enjoyed our stays at both places. There are also several hotels in the neighboring City of Santa Rosa, including the Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Rosa, which is located just off the 101 highway, a 30 minute drive from the venue. Vintners Resort is another option in Santa Rosa if you would prefer a more swanky stay in the Sonoma Wine country.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Our wedding will be an invitation only event. Plus-ones will be expressly stated in your RSVP. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation you received. We hope you understand our decision.

Can I bring my kids?

We are only extending invitations to the children of our family members and the wedding party. We hope you understand our decision.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! After the reception ends at 10:00 PM we will head to the Rainbow Cattle Company in Guerneville which is open until 2:00 AM.
Question
Will you be providing and transportation to or from the wedding venue?
Answer
We will not be providing any transportation to the venue at the time of the wedding. However, the venue has a large parking lot, and you may leave your car there over night. We plan to have a limited car service in the evening hours (likely two SUV cars available starting around 9 PM) to help shuttle people back and forth between Guerneville and Rio Nido. The shuttle service is meant to help those staying in Guerneville return to their accommodations without having to drive, and to also ferry people to the after party at the Rainbow Cattle Company in Guerneville after the reception ends at 10pm. For those staying in Rio Nido, the car service can also return you to Rio Nido at the end of the night. Keep in mind that 130 people will be attending the wedding, and we only have 2 SUVs, so you may have to queue up and wait your turn to get a ride. That being said, the venue will remain open (and so will its bar) after the reception ends at 10, so you will have a nice place to wait for your turn to get a ride.
