Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go to the “RSVP” tab on this website, and type in your name. It will allow you to select your name and party in order to see the event details and RSVP. Please RSVP by April 12th!

I have RSVP’ed, how can I see the event information?

Answer

Go to the RSVP tab, enter your name in again like you did when RSVPing and it will show you the address/time for the event!

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes, as you arrive to the venue, there will be a Parking sign directing you to the right at the top of the hill. If you need to leave your car overnight and Uber/shuttle to wherever you’re staying, please do, but your car must be picked up in the morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle will be provided to & from the wedding. For guests who are not staying at the hotel, please utilize the second shuttle pick up point at 11139 York Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21030, toward PNC bank. You will be able to park there! Pick ups: 1) 2:30 - Shuttle begins loading at the Holiday Inn Hunt Valley at 11200 York Rd, Cockeysville, MD 21030. Shuttle will leave for second pick up point at 2:50. 2) 3:00 - Shuttle begins loading at the 11139 York Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21030, toward PNC bank. Shuttle will leave for the venue at 3:15. For the end of the night, the shuttle will leave the venue at 8:30pm, 9:30pm and final shuttle at 10:30pm. If you’re staying at any of the Hunt Valley hotels, we recommend ubering to the shuttle pick up points. Please see FAQ’s. There is parking at the venue for those who would prefer to drive.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts a 4pm sharp. Please plan to arrive slightly early for light refreshments and to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to wear formal attire. The ceremony will be outside and the reception is inside with open doors. We do recommend not wearing stilettos(wedge heels or flats are okay) or bringing a change of shoes in case we get blessed with spring showers.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, unfortunately due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate children with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are doing a buffet style dinner and will have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own food, you will not offend us.
