The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Boxed and Burlap is a coffeehouse and event venue. The coffeehouse will be open and free to our guests starting at 3pm. There will also be a cash bar in the barn prior to the ceremony.
Yes! A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Suites. THE HOLIDAY INN PICK-UP 3PM + 4PM RETURN 9:30PM + 10:30PM COMFORT SUITES PICK-UP 3:40PM RETURN 9:30PM + 10:30PM Arriving to the Holiday Inn on Friday? We kindly request that you ride the 3pm shuttle to allow space on the 4pm shuttle for guests checking-in on Saturday afternoon. The shuttle holds 33 passengers.
Yes! Parking is free. Please be aware that the parking lot is gravel. Any overflow vehicles may be parked across the highway in the Mercyhealth Hospital parking lot. For your safety, a shuttle will be provided to bring guests across the highway to the venue. Cars may be left in the venue overnight.
Semi-formal/cocktail attire
As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are only able to invite a few close family members’ children and those in the wedding party.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
The ceremony will be outside on the lawn and the cocktail hour will be on the patio. The reception will be inside the air-conditioned barn.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 12.

Yes! Bring your cooler and join us at the Holiday Inn for an after party. Pizza will be delivered at 11:30pm.
