Our Story
Leanna & Zach met at a charity Christmas party in December 2022, brought together by mutual friends, Annie & Jacob. They first connected while waiting in line at the bar and Leanna joked that her friends would cut in front of Zach — he laughed and went along with it.
Later that night, Annie introduced Leanna to Zach again, not realizing they had already briefly met, and neither knew at the time that Zach was actually a friend of Annie and her now-husband, Jacob. This introduction gave them the chance to really connect, discovering shared entrepreneurial interests and sharing laughs. Leanna invited Zach into the photo booth, capturing a moment from that night (see photo above). Zach’s mom had encouraged him to attend the party, saying it was the kind of place to meet his wife. And she was right!
Since then, Leanna & Zach have traveled, made memories, and built a life of love & laughter. Now, they look forward to continuing their adventure together in marriage, guided by God.
Zach proposed to Leanna on their boat, which is now called “The Marry Me”
