Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to be outside and the reception to be inside. However, in the case of inclement weather we do have an indoor location to move the ceremony too.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:45pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are only able to include plus ones if they were specifically listed on the invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are not invited unless they were specifically listed on the invitation. Please plan to make arrangements for child care. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is a field directly across from the venue that is used for parking. There are a limited number of handicapped spots.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please avoid wearing white, teal or navy.

I have food allergies, what does the menu look like?

Please contact us directly about any food allergies you may have as the venue does provide separate options for those with food allergies.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle ready to take you to the venue and return you to the hotel at the end of the night. Unfortunately, they will only be running one trip in each direction. So please make sure you are ready and waiting when the bus arrives. It will depart the Holiday Inn at 4 pm. There will be a return shuttle leaving around 9:30/9:45 pm from Kurtz's to go back to the Holiday Inn.
