Where is the wedding venue?

Our wedding will take place at Borgo Casabianca, a stunning private estate nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by rolling vineyards, olive groves, and panoramic views, the property offers a timeless and romantic setting that captures the beauty, charm, and elegance of Italy. With its historic architecture, serene landscape, and breathtaking scenery, Borgo Casabianca is the perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding weekend with our closest family and friends.

Where should we stay?

Borgo Casabianca has limited accommodations on site. Upon receipt of your RSVP, we will advise if on-site accommodations are possible for your party. For guests who plan to stay fewer than three nights or who prefer a bit more privacy, there are several wonderful accommodations located nearby that we happily recommend. For those staying in the villa-
Answer
To make booking, room assignments, and check-ins as seamless as possible, we (Tatiana & Calogero) are managing all Borgo Casabianca accommodations directly to ensure a smooth arrival. To stay at the villa, once we confirm with you, guests are asked to submit payment along with their RSVP to secure their room. Stay Options: Staying at Borgo Casabianca is a strictly three-night stay, as our wedding is designed to be a full three-day celebration from start to finish. Check-in: Friday, 7/31 Check-out: Monday, 8/3 This is the best and most immersive option, allowing guests to fully enjoy every moment of the weekend—from the Benvenuti Pasta Party to the Arrivederci Pizza Pool Party—without the need to travel in between events. Pricing (Breakfast Included): $188 per person, per night (€160) Three-night total: $567 per person (€480) Children: Ages 0–6: Complimentary Ages 7–12: $71 per night (€60) Payment Details: Payment will be collected in advance and submitted with your RSVP via Zelle- Calogero Curcuru- (718) 663-9672 or Venmo: Calogero-Curcuru. Please confirm your total with the bride and groom once payment is sent. All RSVPs and payments are due by April 1st. All payments are non-refundable. Guests who prefer to stay fewer than three nights or would like additional privacy are more than welcome to book at nearby hotels or Airbnb accommodations and still join us for all wedding events.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

All RSVPs for both villa accommodations and wedding attendance are due by April 1st. Due to the nature of our destination wedding and advance planning requirements, we kindly ask that all guests respond by this date. If we do not receive your RSVP by April 1st, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate you. Thank you so much for understanding — we truly appreciate your help in making our wedding weekend seamless and special.

Staying off-site is an option. Please note that renting a car may be necessary to travel to and from the villa and surrounding areas.

We are organizing transportation for guests checking in to the villa on Friday, July 31, and departing on Monday August 3rd. Additional details regarding pickup locations and timing will be shared shortly.

The closest airports are Florence (FLR) and Pisa (PSA). Additional travel details and recommendations will be shared closer to the wedding.

Yes, food will be provided throughout the wedding weekend. For guests staying at the villa, breakfast is included each morning. Friday, 7/31: Benvenuti Pasta Party — pasta, wine, and spritz under the Tuscan sky as we welcome everyone to the start of our wedding weekend Saturday, 8/1: Wedding Day — ceremony, aperitivo, dinner, and dancing Sunday, 8/2: Arrivederci Pizza Pool Party — a relaxed afternoon by the pool with pizza as we close out the weekend together Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to note them when RSVPing.

What will the weather be like?

Late July and early August in Tuscany are typically warm and sunny. We recommend light, breathable clothing, sun protection, and comfortable footwear.

Yes. Outside of scheduled wedding events, guests are welcome to relax, explore the property, or enjoy the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

Yes. All invited guests are welcome to attend wedding events, regardless of where they are staying.
