What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive 30 minutes early in order to make sure there’s enough time for parking, finding your seat, and even enjoying a pre-ceremony cocktail!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to feel comfortable and therefore we have no official dress code, however we recommend Garden Party/Outdoor: Flowy fabrics, floral prints, or bright colors. Opt for breathable materials and comfortable footwear like block heels to handle the grass. Suits or a dress shirt and slacks are welcome. Please reserve the color white for the bride and refrain from wearing jeans and/or sneakers.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in black, and there will be a something blue crew in various shades of blue. Please refrain from wearing blue if able.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 25th, 2027 at the latest. If you do not RSVP by then you will be marked as not attending and we will not be able to accommodate you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless it was stated on your invite/RSVP that you have a plus-one, you will not receive one. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless specified by the bride and groom, kids are not invited. While we love your little ones, we have opted for an adult-only ceremony and reception and want you to fully enjoy the night!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! Under the travel tab are nearby hotel recommendations. Guests are welcome to stay anywhere they would like, just remember shuttles will only go to Bailey's Harbor and Sister Bay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a few shuttles going between hotels and Gordon Lodge. We ask that you kindly stay in the Bailey's Harbor or Sister Bay area if you wish to use the shuttle service. If you choose to stay in an AirBnb, transportation to and from the venue is not provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking onsite and vehicles are welcome to stay on sight if taking the shuttle home.

Is this and indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Weather permitting, we intend to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Please dress accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but please drink responsibly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is a welcome party on Thursday, June 24th starting at 6pm at Gordon Lodge that anyone is able to attend. We will be having lite bites and cocktails to start the party off early!
