Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Traffic on 95N/S can already be a pain, we ask that you make extra time in your schedule to accommodate traffic. Please arrive to the ceremony with at least 15-20 minutes to spare. Any guest who arrives after the processional has begun will not be granted access to the ceremony site.

Who can I bring?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I take pictures/video?
Answer
We would like you to honor our request to have an UNPLUGGED wedding ceremony! We've hired an amazing team who will be onsite to capture our wedding day, we'd love to see your smiling faces in our photos, not your cameras & cell phones! Please consider being fully present & in the moment. We will be happy to share our ceremony photos with you after the wedding & there will be plenty of opportunities to take photos during the reception.

What if I forget to RSVP?
Answer
We ask that you please RSVP before the date indicated on your invitation as our caterers will not accept changes to our food order to increase the guest count after we have turned in our final numbers.

What if i have dietary restrictions?

Where can i spend the night?

We encourage guest to make hotel reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn- Woodbridge. Contact information for that hotel can be found under the Travel tab listed in the tool bar above.
