Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding intimate and are only able to invite a limited number of guests. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can We Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during that time. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every special moment, and we want everyone to be fully present with us. Feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony, and there will be tons of great photo opportunities during cocktail hour and the reception!

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal For ladies - please wear a formal dress you love! Fun colors, prints and floral patterns are welcome. Our bridesmaids will be wearing black dresses. For men - please wear any color suit, ties are recommended. Our groomsmen will be wearing tuxedos. Please no white dresses, jeans, or casual outfits. Our ceremony will take place outdoors so please be mindful of that when choosing shoes - the ceremony location is on turf.

Question

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on a turf lawn that is covered by large trees (so there will be shade). Our cocktail hour & reception will be both indoors & outdoors. The Meadows has a gorgeous outdoor fire pit and sitting area that will be available for use all night long.

Question

Will There be Parking Available?

Answer

Yes! The Meadows has ample parking on site but we do ask that you leave the close spots for any elderly guests that choose to drive there. The Meadows does allow for cars to stay overnight so we do ask if you drink that you leave your car. All cars must be picked up by 11am the next day.
