What's the dress code?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing jeans and the color white - Although formal attire is requested, it is not mandatory, business casual/semi-formal is fine. Floor length gowns are not necessary to maintain formal attire

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Although we really wish we could have everyone in attendance, due to event capacity limits, we kindly ask that the people identified on the invitation is the maximum amount of occupants that we can have in attendance.

Will there be transportation to the Hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. If you are consuming alcohol, we kindly ask you not to drive.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Answer

Beaver Station does not allow smoking on most of the premises. There is a special smoker-friendly area by the road that we ask if you need a smoke, please keep it to this area.

External Alcohol / Shots

Answer

Beaver Station does not allow external alcohol and does not allow shots or straight liquor to be consumed unless during the $1 dance so bring cash and prepare to have fun!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Just like Frank’s dairy intolerance, we can find something that will work. Reach out 1 month prior to the wedding for accommodations.

Is there parking at Beaver Station?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of space to park at the venue. As we have pre-purchased a limousine for guests, we kindly ask that if you drink, please DO NOT DRIVE. Cars can stay overnight at the venue as needed if people choose to drive to the wedding and Uber home

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, we try to contact you to confirm, if we cannot get in contact with you after multiple attempts, your RSVP will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand!

Are You Registered? Where?

Answer

Yes at Amazon and this site, however Katie and Frank are kindly requesting that if you wish to give a gift, please use their honey fund or gift cash to help pay for their honeymoon.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We plan on having an "unplugged" ceremony, as we would rather you be present in the moment with us! We have hired the best photographers to capture our special day. Please take as many pictures as possible during the reception and share them with us!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we would like you to be able to take the night off! The reception will be adults (21+) only. Other than the 2 children in the wedding party, we kindly ask you to keep the kids at home.

Are masks required?

Answer

No, masks are not required, all we ask is that you respect the desires of others and if people decide whether or not to wear a mask then it's their personal decision.
