If you're flying in from out of town, we would recommend flying into BWI. The airport is only 15 minutes from both hotel block accommodations and 20 minutes to the venue. Some of the hotels in the area also offer complimentary airport shuttles, so be sure to look into that before booking!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt House from Thursday the 14th through Saturday the 16th. The hotel is also only 5 minutes from BWI - ask about their free airport shuttle! The hotel is only 15 minutes from Belmont and we will be providing transportation to and from the venue on Friday. The shuttle to the venue will be leaving the front of the hotel at 4pm - please be outside waiting at 3:50pm to avoid missing the shuttle as they will only be making one pick-up. There will be two shuttle rounds back to hotels at the end of the night. Pick up times from the venue are 9:30pm and 11pm.

For a more upscale option, we recommend this location. While slightly farther out (20 min to the airport and venue), it is beautiful and worth the drive if you're looking to be a little more secluded. Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle service to the venue on Friday, but ride share options are well established in this area. There will be provided return shuttle service to this hotel on the the 11pm shuttle back from the venue.
