FAQs

Question

How can I book accomodation at the venue?

Answer

To book accommodation at the venue, please email Fah at fah.p@tatum.co.nz and use "Fox/Frederikson Wedding" as your reference. Please include the following information: check-in date, check-out date, room type, bed setup (king (queen) or 2 singles), number of guests, mobile number, vehicle registration, and if you would like the buffet breakfast in the morning.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are so excited to have you celebrate with us on our special day. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we are grateful to have you in our lives. While we do not expect gifts, we will have a wishing well at the wedding for those who wish to contribute in this way. Your generosity will help us start this next chapter of our journey together. Thank you for being part of our celebration!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be a child-free celebration. We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to celebrate with our adult friends and family.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away and be fully present with us. Feel free to take all the photos you’d like during the reception!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal with a garden party twist—inspired by early autumn florals and a touch of elegance. Think romantic, colourful, and festive. Since part of the celebration will be outdoors, please choose shoes suitable for grass. Kindly avoid wearing white or off-white—those shades are reserved for the bride.

Question

When will I get a wedding invitation?

Answer

Wedding invitations will be sent out before the end of the year.
