Traffic
If you are unfamiliar with the Annapolis/Kent Island area, please be aware there are often significant traffic delays on the Bay Bridge during rush hour and the spring/summer months.

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests that need it. The shuttles will depart from the Holiday Inn and Best Western at 3:40 PM and 4:10 PM to take guests to the venue. Shuttles will then begin taking guests back to the hotels at 9 PM with the final shuttle leaving at 10 PM.
