Do you have a COVID-19 backup plan?
Answer
We have now moved on to plan B due to COVID-19. The reception in Columbus originally scheduled for 10/17/2020 has been cancelled and tentatively rescheduled for a 1 year anniversary party. We were looking forward to this event so much, and it breaks our hearts to cancel it. But we feel it is in the best interest of our guests to postpone this event until we are all able to congregate safely.

Is the ceremony and reception in Delaware safe?
Answer
We have been taking all precautions to maintain safety during COVID-19. The ceremony will be located outside on the beach. Only 50 people have been invited, which will allow for adequate social distancing within the Lewes Yacht Club. The tables will be at least 6 feet apart. Guests will have to wear masks when they are standing. Drinks will be served to the tables, and the buffet dinner will be served by masked employees. We only want our guests to feel safe and have a fun time!

Why did I get 1 or 2 invites?
Answer
We are having a small destination wedding in Lewes, Delaware on 10/4. The reception in Columbus has been postponed to a 1 year anniversary party due to COVID-19. Please join us virtually through a livestream.

How do I get to Lewes Delaware?
Answer
Please see the travel page for details. If you choose to fly, you will need to rent a car to drive to Lewes. Lewes is about an hour drive from the nearest airport. You can also drive to Lewes, and it could make a fun road trip to carpool!

What should I wear?
Answer
The wedding in Lewes is beach casual. Also bring beachwear, hopefully you should be able to get some beach time in. The reception in Columbus is casual affair at a local brewery. Dress to have fun!

When should I plan on being in Lewes?
Answer
Please be there by Saturday evening through Monday morning if you can. We have fun local activities planned to share with everyone.

How much free time will I have / can I stay later?
Answer
We have activities planned for Saturday evening, Sunday for the wedding and Monday morning. Please come early or stay late as you please and enjoy the area!
